How can I return my international order?

1. Visit our online returns portal here
2. Search for the order with the order ID (starting with a GE) and your email address from your original order
3. Select the item(s) that you would like to return by amending the return quantity
4. Select the return reason from the list of options, if the item is faulty please provide additional details
5. Submit your return
6. You will then be emailed your DHL return labels
7. Print the labels
8. Attach the label to the outside of the parcel
9. Drop the parcel off at your local DHL point for locations see here.
10. Keep the tracking information provided as you can use this to track your return parcel
